A person in a position of responsibility has to learn how to “read” the contexts he or she is trying to organize. This skill usually grows intuitively, through experience and natural ability. But there are several ways of understanding organizations and of responding to organizational challenges. The aim of this module is to improve leadership practice by reflecting on ideas and approaches the participants already apply in their work.
